Southaven RV & Marine is hiring an experienced Airstream Sales Manager for stand alone store!

We are seeking a Sales Manager who shares our values and can lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Manager at Southaven RV & Marine, you will play a crucial role in fostering a passion for the outdoors and the iconic brand that Airstream offers. You will have the opportunity to build and motivate a team, ensuring that every customer receives the high standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the sales team to excel, fostering a culture of passion for the outdoors and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive team performance and meet sales targets.
• Guide and support salespeople in closing deals, ensuring the correct sales process is followed, and customers receive personalized attention.
• Foster strong customer relationships and monitor interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure all tasks are completed and updated within the CRM system.
• Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions, empowering the team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
• Think outside the box to create innovative solutions and make every deal possible.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Airstream Sales manager is a must!
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of leading and motivating a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and working knowledge of CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and sales team members.
• Familiarity with finance operations and sales processes.3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Math skills

• Interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills
• Current driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
